A long standing client of Burlington Nannies is looking for an experienced and professional P.A. You will be supporting an UHNW family and working from their home in Kensington.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar role and ideally has worked in a family home. You will be working in a very busy household which a schedule that is constantly moving. The ability to manage a family diary with lots of appointments and meetings is key.. This is a role for someone forward thinking, can stay a few steps ahead and makes sure nothing is overlooked. You must keep your eye on the ball and take pride in your work and have an eye for minute detail..

Your duties will include but not limited to

• Work closely with the principle
• Coordinate and manage diaries
• Respond to emails and letters
• Liaise with utility suppliers, negotiating rates and contracts
• Book maintenance and property contractors as and when required
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Run day to day errands
• Organise travel (private and commercial)
• Book hotels, excursions for the children, restaurants etc
• Drive the children to school on occasions.
• Assist with household staff recruitment.
• Inventory checks
• Ordering supplies for the house

This is a fully staffed household. Nannies, chef, housekeepers and a House Manager. Many placed by Burlington Nannies. It is important that you can work within a team and have excellent communication and organisational skills. It is key that you are experienced and knowledgeable using Microsoft packages, excel, email and online calendars.

The family have four children, and you will be working closely with the mother.
