They are looking for a mature, professional, and experienced nanny to join their little family in the new year. This is a role for someone professionally trained in childcare. (NNEB, Norland, Montessori, or equivalent).   They have one child who will be 7 months old. They currently have a maternity nurse who has set a good routine from whom you will take over. There is also a weekend nanny.   You will be providing full care Monday to Friday 12 hours a day with two nights babysitting. You must be comfortable working in sole charge role. You will be covering all areas of childcare and must be confident to support the little one’s development in all areas. Physically, mentally, socially, and educationally. You should have the expertise to see the child through all her milestones. Take her to classes, groups and arrange aged appropriate activities.   This is a staffed household, and everyone works well together. It is important that you have effective communication and organisational skills.   The position will commence in the Caribbean where you will meet the family and travel back London with them. You will be required to travel with them throughout the year. Summers are spent in their other home in the South of France, and you will be expected to work over Christmas and New Year.   You will be provided with your own apartment when on duty but must have your own arrangements for the weekends.   Someone animal friendly as there are two cats who are very much part of the family.   The perfect candidate will have a happy and kind disposition with lots of energy. Someone who really enjoys spending time with children and is a career nanny. You must have worked in similar roles, use to international travel, and have longevity in previous roles. This is not a position for someone who has job hopped. Experienced House Manager Pulborough, West Sussex

  A returning client who we have worked with for many years is currently looking for a highly experienced and professional House Manager to oversee the smooth running of their home. They live in a listed Manor house which is situated on a very large estate. The role will also include some property management as there are plenty of refurbishments and renovations on buildings that are on the estate.   This is a fully staffed household which you will be expected to oversee. These include housekeepers, chefs, drivers, and gardeners. There are also many additional staff that work for the family business which is run from the estate – however they have their own management team, but you will be required to liaise with them from time to time. Governesses are also employed for the children. This is an incredibly busy household, and you must be able to hit the ground running.  It is key you have excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills – being able to think outside the box when required. An eye for detail and being able to multitask. Have a calm nature and non confrontational. This is a staff household where everyone pulls together so you must be able to work in a team environment and able to pull your sleeves up and muck in when required. This is an animal friendly household with two dogs and two cats who are very much part of the family. Someone who gets real joy spending time with children and will grow a strong relationship. This is a fully staffed household with chefs, housekeepers and drivers so you must have strong communication skills and able to work within a team environment. This is also a formal household. You will not be requited to carry out any nursery duties but must see that all children’s areas are kept clean, tidy and organised. Russian Speaking Rota Nannies Belgravia One week on and off Salary £60,000 to 70,000 gross per year DOE Separate accommodation in the staff house when on duty. ASAP start A returning client of ours is looking for two professional and experienced Russian speaking nannies. The family have two children aged 5 & 7 years old. This is a formal and staffed household so it is important that you can working within a team environment and have excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for the care and education of the two children. They attend full time school. You will be required to see the children wake and get ready for school, prepare breakfast and take the children to school with a driver. You will not need to do any nursery duties such as cooking for the children or doing their laundry. However you will be expected to ensure the children’s areas are organised and tidy and manage their wardrobes. Clearing out any items that no longer fit the children and make a list of what will need replacing. This is a role for someone who enjoys being with children and has an interest in child development and education. You must be creative, engaging and able to inspire the children to have a thirst for learning. The family travel throughout the year and you will travel with them.
