Who We Are

The Founder

Natasha Earl was born and raised in London. Having studied Theatre and Performing Arts her dream was to work in the theatre. However, having worked in hospitality and retail during her studies she found her niche in recruitment. Her career began in High Street recruitment before she briefly became a Head Hunter in Rec to Rec. Not enjoying the bullish techniques used and preferring a more gentle and personal approach to recruitment she decided to open her own Nanny Agency in 2004. The business has grown from strength to strength and Natasha prides herself on the role she plays within Burlington Nannies. She is open and honest and has built up a good rapport with both clients and candidates.

Natasha is at the forefront of Burlington Nannies and when you speak with her you will see she is personable, nonjudgmental and approachable.

We believe that our success is down to the personal service we offer to all of our clients. We personally meet each and every candidate who registers with Burlington Nannies. Each interview lasts approximately one hour. The time is spent finding out more about the candidate’s skills, qualifications and previous work experience. Along with their views on childcare, discipline, nutrition and educational, emotional and physical development. Having a nanny with the right experience and qualifications is key, but equally important is the personality match with the family.

Extremely professional from initially being interviewed face to face in order to register as a Governess, checking references and qualifications before being put forward for any suitable roles. I found the agency to be very helpful,supportive and efficient in providing detailed feedback to both candidates and clients before and after trials.
