The traditional, aggressive, and often impersonal tactics used in that space didn’t match Natasha’s values. She believed recruitment — especially for families — should be based on integrity, empathy, and a deep understanding of people’s needs. With that in mind, she took a leap of faith and in 2004, she opened the doors to what would become Burlington Nannies.
