Rota Tutor/Governess

UAE and Spain with lots of international travel

3 week rotation

£60,000 to 65,000 gross per year (negotiable)

EU or British passport holders. Native English speaker.

Flights home covered when off duty.

A returning client of ours who we have placed with before is looking for an experienced tutor/governess for one little girl aged 5 years old. There is an older child who has her own nannies and tutors.

You will be required to work three weeks on and off covering 24 hours a day. Your role will be to focus on the day to day care of the little girl, focus on her academic development by supporting her education, liaising with her teachers and arranging extracurricular activities. Additional duties will include keeping child areas organised and in order along with wardrobe management

Each household is fully staffed so you will not be required to cover any nursery duties such as cooking, cleaning or laundry.

You will be working within a team environment with household staff and other nannies. Therefore, it is important that you have excellent organisational skills and very strong communication skills.

This is a role for someone educated and is confident supporting the education. A qualified teacher who is knowledgeable in the KS1 curriculum would be advantageous. The family are looking for someone who will be a wonderful role model and will promote social skills, manners, and good behaviour whilst having empathy for others. You must be active, engaging and creative. This is a position for a native English speaker.

The family live in Dubai in the winter and Spain in the summer. However, they travel international on a regular basis. You will get to see the wonderful parts of the world. Many trips will be on a yacht, skiing and city and beach locations.

It is essential that you have worked in a staffed household and have the experience of working with UHNW families.

You will have your own bedroom and bathroom in the principles properties but must be flexible when travelling.
