A returning client of ours is looking for a mature, professional, and experienced rota nanny to care for one fun loving little boy who is currently 2 years old.   There is a younger sibling who has her own Rota nannies. This is very much a role for someone with a solid nanny background.

You must be experienced for children from 12 months to school age and have a fundamental understanding of child development. A confident cook who is an advocate of healthy eating is just as important as focusing on the children’s growth and development.

The family are looking for someone animated and engaging. Someone who will get down to the child’s level and interact with them. You must be creative, be able to think outside the box and encourage the little boy to be curious within a safe and secure environment. You will be able to build wonderful memories for him to cherish.

This is a staffed household so it is imperative that you are experienced working in a team environment, and you must have strong organisational and communication skills. Everyone has their own job but pulling together to ensure everything runs smoothly is key. This is a very busy household so you must be active and energetic.

The family travel internationally and you must be able to travel freely with no restrictions. You must also be experienced with private travel.

This is a role for someone who is emotionally mature, can read the room and knows when to step back when required. Will be able to spot when the parents want alone time with the children and know when to step back in.

We have worked with the family placing child carers and household staff successfully who all recommend the position.
