Mayfair x 2 housekeepers

9 hours a day with an hour’s lunch

Salary £40,000 to 48,000 gross per year. DOE

A long standing client of ours is looking for two professional and highly skilled housekeepers to join a team of staff. You will be required to work a 5 day week on a rotation where you will cover one weekend a month with two days off in the week.

This is a staffed household which includes, nannies, chefs, drivers, and security. This is a role where discretion is key.

It is essential that you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a private household. You must have an eye for detail and take pride in your work. They have a four storey house so you must be fit an active.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

Dusting and hoovering each room in the house.

Polishing silver and antiques

Sanitising bathrooms and two kitchens.

Changing beds

Laundry

Keeping everything clean, tidy, and organised.

Flower arranging

Running errands

You must have strong laundry skills and be very knowledgeable in the care of various fabrics. The principle owns alot of cashmere, silk, and haute couture. You will also be responsible for wardrobe management.

You will be given an hour for lunch each day and lunch is provided for you in the staff quarters.

Russian speaker a bonus but not essential.
