Live in Nanny

Separate flat (during Monday to Friday)

Salary £60,000 to 75,000 gross per year

Monday to Friday 12 hours a day

Minimum of 15 year experience required

We have a new client on our books. They are looking for a mature, professional, and experienced nanny to join their little family in the new year. This is a role for someone professionally trained in childcare. (NNEB, Norland, Montessori, or equivalent).

They have one child who will be 7 months old. They currently have a maternity nurse who has set a good routine from whom you will take over. There is also a weekend nanny.

You will be providing full care Monday to Friday 12 hours a day with two nights babysitting. You must be comfortable working in sole charge role. You will be covering all areas of childcare and must be confident to support the little one’s development in all areas. Physically, mentally, socially, and educationally. You should have the expertise to see the child through all her milestones. Take her to classes, groups and arrange aged appropriate activities.

This is a staffed household, and everyone works well together. It is important that you have effective communication and organisational skills.

The position will commence in the Caribbean where you will meet the family and travel back London with them. You will be required to travel with them throughout the year. Summers are spent in their other home in the South of France, and you will be expected to work over Christmas and New Year.

You will be provided with your own apartment when on duty but must have your own arrangements for the weekends.

Someone animal friendly as there are two cats who are very much part of the family.

The perfect candidate will have a happy and kind disposition with lots of energy. Someone who really enjoys spending time with children and is a career nanny. You must have worked in similar roles, use to international travel, and have longevity in previous roles. This is not a position for someone who has job hopped. You must have at least 15 years childcare experience

Native English speaker preferred for the language skills.
