Live in or Daily housekeeper. (live in will be provided with a lovely two bedroomed cottage)

Five days a week working on a rotational schedule. 9 hours a day

Driver essential as the family in live a semi rural areas.

Salary:

Live in – £40,000 to 45,000 gross per year

Daily – £50,000 to 55,000 gross per year

We have a new client on our books. They are looking for a highly professional and dedicated housekeeper to join a team of housekeepers which also includes a head housekeeper. They have an established team of staff who all pull together so the ability to work within a team environment is key for this position. You must be use to working to a very high standard and have a keen eye for detail. Productivity and proactiveness to your work is important

This is a very large house with additional cottages on the grounds. You must be fit and energetic and have the ability to multi task. Your duties will include but not be limited to

• Dusting, hoovering and polishing
• Sanitising kitchens and bathrooms
• Making and changing beds
• Caring for silver and antiques
• Laundry and iron (must be knowledgeable in how to wash delicates and know which items need dry cleaning)
• Cleaning windows
• Wardrobe management
• Running errands
• Meet and greet guests
• Assist with packing and unpacking
• Take in deliveries

It is essential that you have worked in a formal household previously. Whether this is for a royal family or an UHNW family which is fully staffed. Longevity in previous roles a must.

You must be willing to ne flexible and work on a rotational basis. Five days a week 9 hours a day, However you must be happy to cover some weekends. The shifts are split between morning and lunch time starts. One hour for lunch

The family have four dogs so you must be comfortable having pets around.
